We listen to what you want to achieve, how you use the room and what you use it for. We will meet you either at your home, on site or in our studio and discuss your very specific requirements. We will also ask questions about lifestyle and what you really want to get a balanced understanding.

At this stage we encourage you to view the different fabrics and we will suggest a design suitable for the location and project. This could include beautiful handsewn curtains, tailor-made Roman blinds and soft furnishings made in our own workrooms; upholstering a favourite chair or sofa or supplying new; designing a bedhead and dressing the bed to complement its surroundings; and advising on stunning lighting solutions.

What’s important in our experience is that the length of the consultation is tailored to the individual client as everyone's needs are different.

Once you have chosen, we discuss the costs, the timescale for completing the project and deal direct with our suppliers to ensure that all runs smoothly. All this so you can sit back confident that any glitches will be sorted out before you know about them.

We have our own dedicated team of fitters and can work with the decorators, electricians and builders you are using.

At the agreed time and date we arrive on time and transform your home. We are always professional, respecting your privacy at all times and work with the minimum of fuss and a quiet sense of humour!
